I am out of state and I wanted to send birthday flowers to a friend who lives in the area, so I did a search and found House of Peony! I called first to confirm the delivery area and once confirmed placing the order could not be easier. I was very delighted to see the beautiful photo of the arrangement shown was their basic option. I find that most other companies will show their premium arrangements and then list the a price range. So unless you plan on purchasing at the highest tier you cannot be certain what the final arrangements will look like. I really want to touch on the fact that House of Peony was one of the only florists who did Sunday delivery! When they headed out they sent a notification they were in route along with a photo id the flowers. Because it was a birthday delivery, they were out early to deliver the arrangement to my friend. Unfortunately she didn't answer and they reached out to me to let me know. In the past I've had flower deliveries and they were just left on my doorstep, but Celeste was very mindful of the weather and didn't want to damage the arrangement by leaving it out in the cold. Once I reached my friend I sent them an update and they were kind enough to do a second delivery. Top notch service like this is so hard to come by! If you are looking for a floral, look no further House of Peony delivered! Gorgeous arrangements, amazing prices and superior service! I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem! Thank you again House of Peony, I am indeed a satisfied customer.

Realmente son especiales, soy cliente de House of Peony por aproximadamente dos anos, y cada vez que ordeno algo mas superan mis espectativas, son excelentes, solo puedo decir mejores que ellos y en especial Celeste....nadie, no existe. They really are special, I am a House of Peony customer for about two years, and every time I order something else they exceed my expectations, they are excellent, I can only say better than them and especially Celeste.... no one, does not exist.
