So beautiful! I ordered this for a new employee to welcome her on her first day. She couldn’t believe how beautiful the arrangement was and that I actually took the time to send her flowers. She even sent pictures to her family and friends asking if they ever heard of a company doing such a thoughtful thing. After ordering, I was contacted by houseofpeony.com to let me know that the greens in the arrangement were not in season, but they suggested replacing with something just as beautiful. The entire experience with House of Peony was excellent. From the time I ordered my arrangement, to the time it was delivered. There were some flowers in the arrangement that were not in stock when I ordered. Customer service contacted me right away and offered replacement flowers that were actually more expensive that what I had ordered. They put these flowers into a new arrangement at no extra charge. They were happy to send me pictures when the arrangement was complete and also sent a text message when the arrangement arrived at my friends house. The best part was that my friends could not stop talking about how "beautful and perfect" the arrangement was. I will be using House of Peony again in the future and recommend them for their excellent customer service and beautiful flower arrangements. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
